Mary is an esteemed real estate professional with nearly two decades of industry expertise. Her journey began in construction, progressively mastering management, maintenance, and leasing operations.
Before founding BGP, Mary served as Chief Revenue Officer at a Chicago-based real estate company, where she played a pivotal role in propelling the firm from a small start-up to a flourishing enterprise. Mary worked her way through the company, holding seven positions on her way to CRO. She spearheaded the Management and Leasing business lines, overseeing a team of 50+. Her strategic acumen was instrumental in the company's seamless pivot into onsite multifamily property management after a successful acquisition in June 2022.

Nick Connelly
Founder / Owner
Nick brings over a decade of financial and operational leadership experience to Chicago's real estate industry. His career began in the trenches of a Chicago-based real estate startup, where he worked his way up through the finance and accounting department. This hands-on experience provided him with a deep understanding of property operations from the ground up - from property-level accounting and financial reporting to portfolio-wide strategic planning.
Throughout his career, Nick has specialized in scaling property operations through innovative staffing models and efficient workflows. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of growing a real estate organization, he has developed proven systems for optimizing property performance while building sustainable management teams that can grow with expanding portfolios.
Nick's unique value to property owners comes from his comprehensive understanding of real estate operations - from the foundational aspects of property accounting to high-level portfolio strategy.
