Check Your Email

• Look for a welcome email from AppFolio Property Manager (notifications@appfolio.com)

• The subject line will be "Welcome to AppFolio Property Manager"

• Can't find it? Check your spam folder

• If the link has expired, please email Info@BGPRealEstate.com and we can have someone send a new activation link.

Using Your Portal

Once logged in, you can:

• Pay rent

• Submit maintenance requests

• View your lease documents

• Update your contact information

• Submit proof of insurance

• Set up automatic payments

• View payment history

• See your property manager’s contact information

Rent Payment Options

Online Payment Methods:

• Bank account

• Credit card

• Debit card
